Based in Hammersmith - office based

Up to £50,000 + 10% bonus

We are working in partnership with a fantastic global organisation in the automotive industry who are seeking a junior HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. Based in the Hammersmith, this role offers a fun culture and development opportunities.

.If you have extensive HR experience as a true HR Generalist and you are looking for a change - this could be the role for you.

What is the role:

You will be responsible for providing operational HR support to the organisation. Working closely with management team and employees to address human resources-related issues, implement HR policies and procedures, and support the achievement of organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience. You will participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as policy development, employee engagement surveys, and organizational restructuring efforts.

Candidate profile/experience:

• Considerable experience as a HR Advisor looking for the next step up
• Ideally worked in a stand alone role
• Strong experience and understanding of UK employment law
• Resilient, self-lead and solution focussed
