Junior Officer Administrator

WPS Wealth are a firm of Independent Financial Advisers, consisting of a friendly team of Financial Consultants and Administration Support based in Morganstown, Cardiff. They are looking to recruit a new member of the team to assist with general administration duties and to support our administration staff, whilst working towards NVQ level 2 in Business Administration.
Location:Ty Nant Court,Morganstown,Cardiff
Apprenticeship Level:Apprenticeship Level 2 – Business Administration
Hours:24 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 9am-4pm
Pay:£6.25 per hour

Duties
-Maintain and update office database
-Provide client valuations
-Scan and distribute incoming mail
-Prepare outgoing mail
-Photocopying and Scanning
-Answer the phone to take messaged or redirect calls to appropriate colleague
-Greet visitors
-Order office supplies and ensure adequate stock level
Essential Criteria
-GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths
-Proficient in using a computer
-Trustworthy and reliable
-Friendly and helpful
