Are you passionate about real estate and eager to jumpstart your career in Property Sales? We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Property Sales Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the sales process, providing support to buyers, sellers, solicitors, and partner agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing the end-to-end sales process, from offer acceptance to exchange day.
• Collaborating with partner agents to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the conveyancing process.
• Collecting necessary documentation to facilitate Property Sales.
• Negotiating with all parties involved to maintain a complete chain of transactions.
• Participating in client/solicitors conference calls as needed.

Requirements:

• While previous estate agent experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates with a strong interest in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
