As a Junior Receptionist / Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks - full training given
