Junior Receptionist / Administrator

Our client is a medium-sized Accountancy Practice looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Receptionist to join their team. As a Junior Receptionist / Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks - full training given
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Assist with organising company events or meetings
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
