As a fast-growing provider of international payment and foreign exchange solutions, our trusted client works with businesses, charities, and select individuals, delivering a first-class service and an ever-expanding product portfolio. To complete their high-performing team, they now have an immediate opening for a junior FX Broker to work from their Central London, E1 office.
As a Junior Sales Broker, you will:
* Be responsible for targeting a variety of SME sectors, generally at C-Level
* Identify and qualify opportunities
* Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
* Book, confirm, and schedule meetings
* Maintain high activity and call volumes
* Win and maintain accounts, building a portfolio of key accounts
* Onboard and account manage customers alongside compliance teams
* Adhere to all regulatory requirements
* Receive full and ongoing forex training and development
Junior Sales Broker applications are invited from those candidates with the following skills and traits:
* Previous work experience
* Immaculate presentation, first-class communication skills, and financial motivation
* An underlying passion or knowledge of FX or the financial services sector is advantageous
* A desire to earn an uncapped salary

The successful Junior Sales Broker can expect:
* A basic salary of 20-22k (rising to 25k after probation)
* An uncapped, first-year OTE of 30k (50k+ in year 2)
