Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities will include…
- Producing and checking essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation.
- Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information.
- Responsible for the input of export customs entries in SAP (training will be provided).
- Providing liaison between the company, Road / Air / Sea Carrier and HMRC.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
You will have…
- 2-3 years of experience within a similar position.
- Good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
