Our well established client is looking for a Key Account Manager, based from the Leeds office. The successful candidate will be expected to come in to increase customer retention, improve systems & communication, reduce complaints, identify key clients, improve market strategy and increase customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the companies growth plans and vision
- Increase customer buy-in and retention
- Proactively seek out business opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously keeping up with market knowledge and industry updates
Ideal candidate:
- Proven success in Key Account Manager role
- Advanced Powerpoint user who is confident to present
- Advanced Excel user who is able to manipulate data and produce reports
- Able to work to tight deadlines and has great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate negotiation skills
- Exceptionally organised
- Clean driving license
