SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Key Account Manager within the Nuclear field
Remote role
£75,000 - £80,000 + Car + Bonus + Private Health
Must have a background within nuclear, oil and gas or any other critical infrastructure
This will be across existing and new clients
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends (Nuclear), keeping abreast of impactful changes and/or industry drivers.
- Develop, implement and be accountable for strategies, tactics, and plans for revenue growth of existing clients. To include the understanding and articulation of the clients buying process/cycle.
- Cross-Selling of company's services and or products to those identified clients.
- Build and maintain long lasting mutually beneficial customer relationships.
- Own, deliver, and exceed annual sales targets.
- Coordinate sales activities with the other departments (existing sales, marketing, and operations as necessary).
- Champion the clients needs and requirements within the Group.
- Understand our customers objectives at individual, departmental and corporate levels and adapt our solutions / products to suit within the capability of our offerings
As a Key Account Manager it will be your responsibility to convey the strategic importance of bids and opportunities for your clients within the Group. You must be capable of:
- Pulling together internal teams and cross functional groups to drive successful sales outcomes within your accounts.
- Act as an escalation point for your clients to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage and conduct regular account reviews with cross functional teams within the organisation.
- Be able to identify challenges and their solutions and required capabilities that the group requires in order to successfully serve your clients.
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning and business development/sales > 5 years.
- Experienced in working across the UK Nuclear Sector or other critical infrastructure
- Previous experience as Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager or similar
- OR Experience working within control systems engineering
- Degree level educated in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent Apprenticeship and supporting vocational higher education qualification.
