SalaryAre you an accomplished Key Account Manager with a track record for maintaining strong customer relationships and adept at managing various aspects of sales and account management? Then this could be the role for you.
We are looking for a proactive individual to become a key point of contact between the business and their key customers, ensuring effective management of pricing, schedules, quality requirements, and pipeline projects.
Your responsibilities as a Key Account Manager:
- Managing customer accounts to fulfil their needs, including pre- and post-sales support, while maintaining positive ongoing relationships.
- Coordinating accurate Requests for Proposals/Quotations, proposals, and quotations to meet fully qualified design requirements with a right-first-time approach.
- Using commercial awareness to manage project priorities and costings, and liaising with the Program Management team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitoring project scope and updating estimates and quotations as required, and responding to customer queries in a timely manner to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Keeping relevant teams updated on current and potential project statuses, and monitoring sales metrics to report and suggest methods for improving sales performance.
Your current experience which will help you as a Key Account Manager:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Executive, with hands-on experience in Sales.
- Excellent communication, time and project management, and strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- The ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of the business products and capabilities.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, and an interest in Motorsport or other engineering industries.
What you can expect as a Key Account Manager:
- Salary up to GBP50,000.
