Kitchen & Cafe Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Cafe & Kitchen Lead to join our new team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, food safety practices, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Duties:

- Lead Cafe operation day to day (FOH & Kitchen)

- Customer service day to day between barista coffees/cakes and kitchen

- Lead on food preparation
- Lead on food preparation tasks daily
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Lead kitchen staff in various culinary tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Experience:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with cooking equipment and utensils
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or catering setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
