We have an exciting opportunity in our Knowledge Exchange (KE) Funding team for someone with practical administration skills and project support experience to assist in the delivery of funding programmes, which enable our researchers to work with external organisations and ensure our research has impact. You will: Be output and delivery driven with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; Be a fast learner who works to a high level of accuracy and enjoys the challenge of a varied workload; Excel at following established processes whilst contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and ideas generation within the team; Work proactively and collaborate with colleagues to support ambitious projects and initiatives; Have the ability to work flexibly and effectively, both independently and as part of a team; Be passionate about the impact that Higher Education can have on economic prosperity; health, well-being, and quality of life; sustainability; and the culture of our international, national and regional communities. The KE Funding team (situated within Research, Partnerships and Innovation) manages our ~£9m KE funding portfolio and provides expert professional support to facilitate academic-led partnerships, innovation and Knowledge Exchange activity. Working closely with professional colleagues, you will support the coordination of our KE funds and internal funding calls, while helping the team to adapt to changing requirements and manage stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
