If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) at our outstanding schools in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND in KS3 & KS4.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to support students' individual needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and SLT to ensure students receive appropriate support.
- Foster a supportive and understanding environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential.
- A good sense of humour and a positive attitude.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to use initiative and adapt to different situations.
- Understanding of various children's needs and learning styles.
