Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including individualised attention and assistance in the classroom.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Demonstrate a good sense of humour and patience in your interactions with students, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
- Utilise excellent initiative to adapt to the needs of individual students and assist them in reaching their full potential.
- Understand and cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring all learners receive appropriate support.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEND students is highly desirable.

- Strong initiative and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Understanding of different children's needs and learning styles.
