The school is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant/LSA to join their team! You will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with classroom teachers to implement individualized learning plans, offering one-to-one and small-group assistance to help students overcome challenges and achieve academic success. For the right Learning Support Assistant/LSA, the role can either be long-term or day-to-day.

The successful Learning Support Assistant/LSA will have:

• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Flexibility, patience, and resilience in addressing diverse learning needs.
• Experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable but not essential.
