Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a L4 Data Analyst Apprentice with Agency Pilot, an innovative software company based in Chapeltown, Sheffield.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Level 4 Apprentice Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in our business. Our data migration and visualization services are essential for over 150 clients, driving the performance of our company. As a Data Analyst, you will use tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and SQL to simplify complex data concepts. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, interpreting data from various sources, analysing patterns and trends, and designing reports for internal and external use.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs, requirements, specifications, and objectives.
- Consolidating data from diverse sources and interpreting and restructuring the data.
- Analysing patterns and trends within data.
- Designing and building reports for both internal and external use.
- Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training to establish a strong foundation in our industry. Your line manager, mentor, and the wider team will provide guidance and support.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Training to be provided:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 4 Data Analyst, with training in how to:
- Ascertain how data can be used to answer questions and solve problems.
- Gather, inspect, cleanse, transform and model data to identify patterns and trends.
- Present data and produce dashboards and reports to aid visualization and comparison.
- Use advanced theory and diverse techniques to harness greater understanding.
- Inform decision-making and make recommendations using an evidence-based approach.
- Ensure your business processes and procedures are compliant with data protection legislation.
