Laboratory Technician

Manucomm Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Lab Technician, QC lab technician, Laboratory Technician for a large and successful manufacturer based near Taunton, in Wellington. Working in the Quality Department, this is a permanent role This role is paying GBP27-29K DOE
Reporting in to the Quality Control Laboratory Specialist on a 24/7 roster you will be working on a continental shift pattern Days and Nights (approx 38.5hrs per week);
Your role will be to provide comprehensive QC analytical services ensuring compliance with Customer & Regulatory Bodies requirements.
To assure the quality of products manufactured / despatched from the site by monitoring and auditing products and processes. To assist line leaders ensuring that line quality checks are being completed correctly. To provide QC microbiological testing,
The successful Laboratory Technician will have: -
At least GCSE Level in Maths and English and Science
Basic computer skills
Enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills
Good communication skills
Must have some Lab experience
Happy to work Days and Nights
