Launch Lead - Dermatology Biologic - UK & ROI

The Dermatology Marketing Launch Leader will be responsible in leading the cross-functional launch readiness for UK / Ireland. The position involves successfully leading the development and execution of the launch strategy for their Dermatology asset, leading major cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with local peers in other countries / global colleagues, managing KOL relationships in close collaboration with Medical and the in-field team, and driving the compliant market presence of the new Dermatology Biologic treatment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of the launch strategy and comprehensive plans for the new Dermatology asset in the UK / Ireland
- Oversee the implementation of launch activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop Annual Brand Plan
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups
- Work closely with market access and sales teams to ensure the Dermatology strategy is understood and effectively implemented
- Review the implementation of marketing strategies in the field sales team in close collaboration with sales management
- Gather and analyze market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership and delivery in launch readiness programs in UK / Ireland
- Biologics and Dermatology launch experience within UK marke
- Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration in UK / Ireland
- Strong internal and external Stakeholder Collaboration, influence, and engagement
- Strategic thinker and is able to deliver key strategies to implementation
- Experience in leading Annual Brand Plan Development
- Able to work well under ambiguity and able to bring clarity for teams through clear and simple communication
- Works well under pressure, tight timelines and can prioritize the most impactful work
- Demonstrate people development, coaching and management
