Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, happy and hard working person to join the Harley Street Dermatology Clinic team.

Previous relevant experience is essential, but not necessarily, in the medical sector.

Successful candidate will need to be presentable , have excellent spoken and written English and be professional, discreet, reliable and highly efficient. The key skills required are communication (verbal and written), IT , team working and organisational.

Reception Duties:
Greet all patients on arrival provide outstanding customer service and warm welcome to every walk in patient, dealing with enquiries from existing and new patients , make new and follow-up appointments.
Handle general enquiries, referring on where necessary.
Accept messages for the Practice Manager and Doctors.
Prepares, check all consulting/ treatment rooms, each evening, leave reception area tidy and ready for incoming colleagues. Leave information regarding unsolved or urgent problems in the diary
Undertake any other duties as agreed between manager and yourself.
Listen to, get to know and understand the needs of our patients and to ensure they receive the information they seek.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
