Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
