An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer, ideally with a proven track record of working within Litigation and a fast-paced environment to join a leading national practice as a Team Manager within their litigation services.
The appointed Lawyer would be managing the litigation services team and managing a group of paralegals who support the litigation offerings of the firm. You will be overseeing the paralegals work and ideally have a strong background in dealing with high volume work. The role is broad and challenging which involves people management, work allocation to the team and also financial management together with business development.
You will have at least 5 years PQE and ideally have some experience of supervising / managing paralegals together with winning new work and contributing to developing the team.
