Lawyer, Maternity Cover

Bexley is an outer London Borough with the best of both worlds, located between the hustle and bustle of London and the Garden of England, Kent. Within the borough we have award winning parks, open spaces and listed heritage sites.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our busy and progressive Legal Services Team to provide 12 months’ maternity cover.   
 
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post qualification experience. You must have the ability to conduct a substantial caseload and to work under pressure with minimum supervision and limited resources.  
 
You will be responsible for conducting your own caseload of property matters and advice and take an active role in advising and representing your client.

You will have conduct of your own caseload. It is essential that you possess good communication skills and have the ability to work effectively as part of a busy and committed team.
