The successful applicant will handle a wide range of queries and contribute to projects within the immediate team and the wider OGC.
You should be 2-4 PQE and the role can be based out of their London/Leeds/Manchester/Glasgow office.
Responsibilities:
- When issues arise, ask questions to establish what has happened, identify legal, reputational, and commercial issues, and advise on next steps.
- Draft pre-Action correspondence
- Liaise with the Head of Professional Indemnity, the Claims & Complaints Partner, other internal stakeholders and external brokers and advisers as needed.
- Handling claims against solicitors and the regulation of solicitors.
