The main responsibilities include:
- Work with the business to develop and deliver development training
- Use a blended delivery approach including webinars, in-person and virtual workshops
- Prepare course materials, as well as reviewing and updating existing training content
- Provide support and advice to colleagues and managers on learning queries and requests
- Holds a CIPD or L&D qualification
- Proven track record and confident in delivering high quality training
- Knowledge of training and learning cycle and different learning styles
- Be credible in delivery of training and actively engage with your audience
