Location: Home/Field based covering the East of England
Salary: up to £30,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria:
- Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Early Years Childcare at Level 3 or above.
- Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
- Hold a minimum of 2 years’ occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Nursery setting.
- Must hold a Level 3 in Early Years as a minimum.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Early Years Childcare Apprenticeships at Level 3 / Level 5 (depending on competency).
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
