L&D Trainer

Our client is a well respected and fast paced employer with offices near Bury St Edmunds.  Due to an internal secondment they are looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Trainer on a fixed term contract.  Based working from home and in the office when required, the successful candidate will be largely responsible for the delivery of established content, whilst also being able create new training for the employer's teams.
The main responsibilities include:

• Work with the business to develop and deliver development training
• Use a blended delivery approach including webinars, in-person and virtual workshops
• Prepare course materials, as well as reviewing and updating existing training content
• Provide support and advice to colleagues and managers on learning queries and requests

Candidates should have the following background:

• Holds a CIPD or L&D qualification
• Proven track record and confident in delivering high quality training
• Knowledge of training and learning cycle and different learning styles
• Be credible in delivery of training and  actively engage with your audience
