Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required:
  • Architect and Technically Lead BPM solutions across BPM core capabilities and across various BPM services offerings
  • Be a Technical Team Lead in BPM Practice in guiding, enabling, mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Providing architectural solutions, design, technical consulting using ARIS BPM tool
  • Understand product pitfalls and where can be fit better and used effectively
  • Apply BPM concepts with surrounding landscape systems and technologies
  • Oversee platform selection, HW, SW selection processes, Pilot studies
  • Determines implementation best practices across all projects
  • Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues
  • Accelerate team’s capabilities through solution design guidance, targeted application reviews, and on-demand troubleshooting
  • Strategic view of where the business are going and how technology, aimed at improving the business, will be used to attain that vision using ARIS BPM tool
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutions
  • Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer delight
  • Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues
  • Ensuring a quality system design which provides good system performance by reviewing and suggesting optimized technical solutions
  • Maximize the productivity of development team through the use of practical technical standards and through the technical training and orientation of the development personnel on ARIS BPM
  • Application of CMMi level 5 processes and ensure project level compliance to organizational/client standards
  • Keep track of timelines and scope and resolve conflicts between business and technology teams by communication and guidance and avoid any deviations
  • Builds prototypes of the software using best practices and provide to team as a reusable interface
  • Ensure the implementation is complying to the enterprise guidelines and software standards in terms of integration with other services and infrastructure
  • Review and constantly improve the software product with new enhancements in ARIS BPM tool and related software.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the project team and program manager to deliver the project scope
  • Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
  • Build credibility with others quickly by delivering as promised and providing proactive communications.

Preferred:
  • Must have Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Large enterprise BPM implementations in the areas of technical design specification, development of Process Architecture
  • Ability to collaborate across international teams for process improvement and standardization
  • Knowledge about implementing industry standards, frameworks and best practices
  • Lead and deliver BPM Strategy Workshops
  • Evaluate customers' processes and develop methodologies
  • Support practice sales in scoping services for delivery of BPM Solutions
