Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Lead Consultant with a strong background in Data Science and AI to lead one of their key innovative projects. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, product management expertise, leadership skills, and a keen understanding of market trends, and is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge Data Science and AI projects.
Hybrid London role, with 1-2 days in the central London office – Must be available immediately or at short notice, as ASAP start!
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to launch.
- Apply Data Science and AI knowledge to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Manage product roadmap, prioritise features, and set timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering and Data Science teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve product offerings.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential opportunities in Data Science and AI.
Experience:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in tech or data-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of Data Science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning, especially with a focus on chatbot development using RAG (retrieval augmented generation) models.
- Experience with sentence transformers and OpenAI's tools and platforms.
- Knowledge in recommendation systems, including algorithm development for content personalisation.
- Familiarity with time series analysis and neural network models, particularly in the context of advertising and media forecasting.
- Experience of working with Llama 2 and Databricks
- Strong analytical skills to work with large data sets and economic indicators.
- Capability to integrate and harmonise diverse technology solutions for seamless product functionality.
- Ideally from a MarTech (Marketing technology) background, but not essential
