Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College is based in Richmond, Surrey, close to the High Street and Richmond Green. There is a second campus, Hillcroft, based a short walk from Surbiton station. We offer a wide range of course to adults in the local community and beyond.
We are looking for a Learner Services Administrator. This role is suitable for someone with experience of working as part of a busy team in a customer facing environment, always delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be required to work at the Surbiton and Richmond college campuses on a rota basis Mon-Thu 08:30 to 20:00 and Fri-Sat 09:00 to 17:00.
About You
Do you have strong administrative skills gained through working in a customer focussed workplace? We are looking to recruit someone with strong administrative experience, who is proficient in MS Office and able to deliver excellent customer service. This role will involve dealing with internal and external stakeholders face to face at both college campuses, via email and over the phone.
