Salary 40k to 45k

Our client is a market leader in their industry working across the UK and Ireland. Currently looking for an experienced L&D professional with proven experience designing and delivery of e-learning content for a 3-month FTC.

Role

• Working closely with the HR team and HR Business Partner to ensure learning solutions are aligned to business needs.
• Maintain the company learning management system - new starters, leavers, and structures up to date.
• Creation of engaging and creative digital learning content through tools -HSP or Articulate
• Support the implementation of the Learning and Development strategy by building digital learning solutions.
• First point of contact for E-Learning and digital content queries
• Reporting
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders,

Key Skills

• Experience of design, delivery, and implementation of blended learning
• LMS administration experience including E-Learning ideally Rise Up.
• Experience of using Adobe Articulate, Captivate, H5P or Articulate 360
• High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Analytical
• Articulate communicator
