Position Overview:
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive Learning and Development programs that align with our business objectives across both permanent and . You will collaborate with leadership to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences for our employees. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of Novax Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify Learning and Development priorities.
* Design, develop, and implement training programs for employees at all levels.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand specific skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
* Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, quality, and on-the-job training, to meet diverse learning styles.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and results.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of recruitment industry dynamics and challenges.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
