Take a look at our Candidate Pack for more information about the role, team and our values. The section ‘About you’ explains what specific knowledge, skills and experience we want you to tell us about. Make sure you explain how you meet these requirements and demonstrate our values, in your application.
You’ll understand the needs of the audience and provide innovative, varied and inspiring Learning and Development solutions. You’ll have a person-centred approach with excellent communication skills and be committed to building and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders and service users.
With your understanding of the current national and local social care landscape and the challenges of recruiting and retaining staff within social care provider settings, you’ll have the ability to understand how Learning and Development can play a significant part in successfully responding to these challenges. We’ll support your dedication by offering the opportunity to undertake job related training and provide support for your career development.
