This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring creativity and proactivity to drive an evolving L&D strategy. You will play a key role in collaborating with the HRD, Head of Learning, Learning/HR Business Partners and the business leaders, to take joint responsibility for all aspects of the employee ongoing learning experience.
You will align service delivery to key business needs, identifying and designing relevant programmes and learning interventions to meet business objectives and deliver bespoke solutions. You will be responsible for designing a future-fit learning experience, whilst enabling our people to consistently deliver a truly outstanding experience for clients. You will have a global mindset, embrace technology and ensure a consistent high-level service delivery.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £68,000pa + package and hybrid working - with c2 days per week in the London office and travel across Europe a few times per year.
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand business need, collaborate with the business to identify, and agree learning needs and priorities aligned to business requirements and intelligence
- Specific ownership of a programme that up skills and engages junior talent across EMEA.
- Responsible for the evaluation of programmes (including ROI and continuous improvement) manage and update all learning materials
- Contribute to the selection, negotiation, and management of external suppliers, trainers, and coaches
- Active use of data analytics
- Facilitate using a variety of techniques such as face to face, online classroom, role-playing, simulation, group dynamics, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and webinars
- Manage stakeholders effectively; demonstrate strong business partner skills and be responsible and/or accountable for all agreed deliverables
- Coaching and mentoring
- Online Learning and resource creation
Experience required:
- Experience as a learning business partner or equivalent, working within the HR function of a global business (professional services or similar would be an advantage)
- Experience in the design, delivery and management of learning interventions
- Experience in design and delivery of both leadership and junior talent programme
- Experience in influencing and collaborating to achieve buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
- Sourcing, managing, and negotiating with third parties
- Excellent skills in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring
- Proven implementation of blended learning, including the use of digital interventions
- Insights Discovery accredited practitioner
- Excels in working in a complex matrix environment and has the ability to adapt and work in a rapidly growing business
