Learning Co-Ordinator

Here You’ll Get To:

1. Support the delivery of our key learning offerings through end-to-end coordination. Such as our global management training program ‘Management Explored’. Open access learning curriculum ‘BOSS Sessions’ and ‘Coach’s Corner’.

2. Help to set up conducive learning environments both virtual/in person. Including room coordination, facilitator liaison, coordination of relevant materials and stationery and sourcing locations where necessary.

3. Create and maintain learning resources to support our blended learning offering. Including digital learning.

4. Maintain accurate records of learning evaluation, including attendance, feedback, and trends for storytelling back to the L&D team.

5. Keep accurate records of team trackers and folders in the relevant shared locations.

6. Create and schedule learning programs in the Workday LMS.

7. Support the L&D Advisor to market our learning offerings for growing awareness.

8. Support the L&D Advisor to deliver the monthly onboarding session for new employees as requested by People Operations.

9. Work closely with our Finance team to oversee payment of all third-party suppliers, PO coordination and management and tracking of spend.

10. Onboard new training partners who support the delivery and scale of our key learning offering.

11. Be an ambassador for L&D. Acting as a point of contact for various HR stakeholders and manage the Learning UK inbox. Escalating learning queries to the L&D team where necessary.

About You:

· You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive tasks & prioritise effectively.

· You are comfortable across Google suite and confident in picking up new systems.

· You have a strong interest in L&D.

· You enjoy the opportunity to work autonomously but love working within an encouraging and collaborative team.

· You have good communication skills with the ability to develop working relationships.

· You are a creative thinker embraces challenge, and you always look for multiple ways to solve a problem.
