SalaryAn exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Assistant to join an elite US law firm as part of their global HR team in London.
The role will assist the Associate Director of Legal Education and Development, providing dedicated day to day support to a growing team. We are looking for candidates with proven experience within a similar role. Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial, as the role has a lot of system and data entry work.
The role will also involve working with the wider Legal Recruiting and Development team on ad-hoc crossover tasks.
A competitive salary is on offer (dependent upon experience), plus benefits and hybrid working arrangements are in place (3 days per week in the office, 2 remote).
The perfect Learning & Development Assistant will be degree educated and have some exposure to L&D within a professional services environment.
