Learning & Development Partner

I am recruiting for a Learning & Development Partner who is an outcome-focussed self-starter, to join our international insurance client initially on a 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent. This role will be integral in driving forward all learning activity from business analysis, to designing content, managing learning programs, reporting and projects.

This will be an autonomous role, partnering with the business and HR to deliver on Learning & Development projects, you will need experience in driving forward projects autonomously. This will be a hands on role and an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and impact on the learning and development agenda.

The Profile:

• Previous experience in successfully coordinating designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and initiatives, ideally in a Professional services/Financial services or similar environment
• Effective communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong prioritization of tasks, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
• A passion for learning and development, as well as enabling employees to achieve their potential.

Hybrid working available in the City of London.
