Learning Support Assistant

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a patient and passionate Learning Support Assistant for a number of temporary roles across Hampshire.

At Reed Education Southampton, we run the managed Supply Service for Hampshire covering over 500 schools! We value each and every candidate and take into account the experience and length of time you have been working within the classroom, in order to ensure you get the pay rate you have worked hard to get!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting both the pupils and teacher, providing tailored support to pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. Our current pay rate for this role is set between £11-14 per hour, depending on the role and experience of the candidate. As the Learning Support Assistant, you will be a patient and caring individual who is passionate about helping children to learn at their own pace and to achieve their personal best.

Your day starts at 8:30am and ends at 3:30pm – allowing the flexibility around your busy home life.
