GamCare has an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Learning and Organisational Development Team on a full-time basis. Role Responsibility
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in promoting and implementing creative e-learning approaches throughout our organisation. By championing these innovative methods, you'll enhance our learning culture and drive our digital learning transformation.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining our e-learning courses and managing the brand-new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Our Learning and Organisational Development team is waiting to offer a warm and friendly welcome to the right person who has the knowledge, skills and values to support us in achieving our Learning and Development ambitions through engaging learning technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Enabling the development of high-quality learning interventions.
- Overseeing the LXP and managing its maintenance.
- Actively promoting the use of the LXP and digital learning tools within GamCare.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Designing and developing engaging e-learning courses.
The Ideal Candidate
About You
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a confident communicator, works collaboratively, has a can-do attitude, and enjoys being part of a small team.
You will demonstrate basic technical proficiency and a familiarity with digital platforms and technology, including the ability to navigate digital learning platforms such as LMS or LXP. You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work, good customer service skills, strong multi-tasking skills, and the ability to handle situations quickly and effectively. You will also be a creative thinker who can communicate ideas and find innovative solutions to problems, especially in relation to software and technology.

Package Description
Full time: initially 24 months, with potential for permanent contract subject to successful completion of apprenticeship
Salary: £23,993
Office based – London, Farringdon with some Home Working
