Bedford College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer of Science at our Bedford Campus. Lecturers- Science at Bedford College, play a pivotal role in the success of our students to: To prepare, deliver and assess subject specialisms on a range of courses and levels. To support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential. To manage students’ learning and provide a high quality learning experience. Ideal candidates will have experience of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, alongside the following qualifications: Degree in a science related topic or considerable work experience in the key subjects English and Maths or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent Willingness to work towards a recognised Stage 3 teaching qualification (Cert. About Bedford College Bedford College has a number of sites across the town and surrounding areas, these include our main Cauldwell Street campus in the heart of the town, our hair and beauty salon on the High Street, the advanced automotive centre on Brunel Road and the gas and technology plumbing centre in Kempston. About The Bedford College Group The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
