In these Legal Administrator positions you will join forces with your team ensuring delegated workload from PA’s and Fee Earners are completed efficiently and met ahead of deadlines.
Legal Administrator – key responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with billing, faxing, scanning, printing etc.
- Liaising with clients, handling client file opening, and conducting conflict checks.
- Performing admin duties to various practice groups.
- Diary management and finance efficiencies – such as expenses and invoicing

We require you to have:
Previous admin experience in a professional environment
IT literate - MS Office High attention to detail
