Key Responsibilities:
- Handling post and front of house duties, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Efficiently managing the opening of new files and accurately entering data.
- Providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintaining and updating records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Managing and coordinating bookings and appointments for the team.
- Assisting with client onboarding procedures and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Utilising O365 products such as Word and Excel to complete various administrative tasks.
- Maintaining filing systems and completing general administrative tasks as required.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience is essential for this role
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and motivated approach to work.
- Proficiency in Office 365 products such as Word and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, confident phone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
