Our well established client is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their conveyancing team in Reading.
Skills and knowledge required:
- Strong knowledge / experience of Conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- General administration / office skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Good knowledge of conveyancing process
- Good understanding of conveyancing terminology
- A friendly and approachable nature with an enthusiastic approach to the job
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident meeting and liaising with clients and third parties
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A 'can do’ attitude
- Onboarding understanding
