Basic salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00

We are looking to hire a Legal Assistant to join our ever-growing Fraud Department. Fast-paced but rewarding environment.

Full training will be provided in respect of all requirements of the job role.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing high volumes of calls from Clients and Customers
• Ensure all relevant information is captured within a bespoke case management system
• Update and chase clients daily ensuring all claims are assessed and progressed within short deadlines
• Chasing defendants for updates on cases
• Chasing clients for payment of bills.
• General admin support/office duties
• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Liaising with internal departments and clients

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Focus on consistently achieving targets
• Strong problem-solving skills
• IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
• 1 year of administrative experience preferred
