We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Birmingham based client, as a Legal Assistant. As a key member of their administrative and business operations support team, you will provide essential clerical support and contribute to the efficient operational running of the Business Support Team, reporting in to the Administration Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organising legal documents and general administrative duties.
- Assisting with case file management and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and managing meeting bookings.
- Handling client enquiries and ensuring excellent client relations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal administrative role is preferred, not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software, distinct advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
