SalaryThis is an exciting role for a Revenue Assistant within the finance department of an International Law Firm based in City of London. The role will involve WIP billing, e-billing whilst supporting the AR and AP function.

Description
- Preparing and submitting WIP reports
- Producing, managing and editing of pre-bills
- Sending out billing invoices via email and positing to system
- Preparing and sending pro-bono billing reports and pre-bills
- Processing disbursement only invoices for pro-bono clients
- Performing and posting of e-billing for international offices and clients
- Chasing and managing collections
- Supporting WIP and Debt management meetings and reviews
- Supporting the AP function where required with vendor invoices and expenses
- Understand, implement and follow compliance and financial regulations at all time
Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- Relevant legal billing / WIP billing experience
- Prior experience using Aderant or Elite billing software
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and requirements
- Understanding of AP, AR and collections is highly beneficial
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
- £35,000 - £38,000 salary
