You will be joining a well-established, prestigious and highly regarded small UK Law Firm as their Legal Cashier, on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit team of 3, you will report to the FD of the business, who will be there to support your onboarding and continued learning/development in the business. This is a newly created role due to the company bringing their cashiering/invoicing in-house, providing you with the opportunity to make this position your own. Based in their modern City of London office three days a week, you will be located in a fantastic area, close to multiple transport links.
Your new role
- Daily payments and processing via Bacs
- Deal with queries raised in a timely fashion
- Bank reconciliations
- Support with invoicing
- Xero
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need a couple of years\' experience in a similar role and be very confident using Xero. You will be a personable individual, with an outstanding work ethic and a proactive, willing and enthusiastic approach. You will be a team player, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at a range of levels within the organisation. You will be a self-motivated, driven and engaging individual with a clear passion for your chosen career path.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of up to £32,000 + benefits, and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be part of a close-knit, welcoming and supportive team who will be around to assist with your onboarding, learning and development in the business. You will be based in their modern City of London office, which is close to a number of great transport links and top restaurants.
