Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business who are looking for a Legal Cashier - Part time to join their accountancy team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices.

Description

As the Legal Cashier - Part time, you will be responsible for:

• Process all payments efficiently and on time
• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Help with month end duties
• Utilise accounting and case management software namely Xero and Leap for financial record keeping
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
• Maintain client ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements

Profile

To be successful for the Legal Cashier - Part time position, you must:

• Previous experience in a similar role or within a Law firm
• Good understanding of accountancy software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
• Strong understanding of legal accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Job Offer

Salary £22,000 - £28,00 FTE
