SalaryA full-time, permanent position is available for the role of Solicitor. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, with a primary focus on supporting the business operations of a health care and insurance provider.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on digital, technology, and data protection law.
- Assist in litigation, dispute resolution, and property law matters.
- Offer procurement advice for third-party services.
- Participate in projects, providing Legal Counsel as needed.
- Advise on employment law and other day-to-day legal issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in drafting commercial contracts; health care law experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Irish qualified solicitor with 5+ year's PQE in corporate and litigation practice; in-house experience a plus.
