Role: Patent Secretary

Salary: Up to £30,000
This role is ideal for someone who is currently a junior/trainee PA/Secretary/ Admin and is looking to make the step up into a full secretary role, is looking for an interesting variety of work, is helpful, eager to learn and take on responsibility, and also enjoys working as part of a team. ! *Training provided in role* *Experienced candidates welcome*
The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. You will be supporting a number of different fee earners at different levels within the Reading office.
Responsibilities
- CIPA qualification an advantage but not essential (however, there is the opportunity to study for this qualification)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A high level of accuracy is essential
