As our new Legal Services Executive, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll assist in the handling of flight delay claims (EC Regulation 261/2004) and make accurate compensation payments to customers in line with the Regulation. Full training is given by our experienced Legal Services team.

• You’ll respond to pre-action letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding ineligible claims.

• You’ll communicate effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.

• You’ll have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You’ll be able to work accurately under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Use of claims management systems would be useful but is not essential.
