Do you have a strong commercial fitness background and leadership skills? Then you could become the sole manager of the fantastic Leisure Centre at the Royal Masonic School For Girls (our client).
You will work closely with the school stakeholders, while reporting to the Nuffield Health Senior Programme Director to ensure alignment of both organisations’ business objectives & goals to deliver a successful partnership.
Possessing strong commercial and operational management skills, you will take full accountability in leading and operating a successful Leisure Centre, providing the members and hirers with an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
You will collaborate with the school enterprise team daily to agree and implement effective strategies to deliver financial targets, alongside managing a small team to ensure operational delivery, and making sure that all child safe-guarding, health & safety, and compliance requirements are adhered to without fail.
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years successful club management experience working within either the private or public leisure sectors.
- You will have a proven track record of growing revenue within the leisure sector, identifying new commercial opportunities, and converting these into business growth.
- You will be energetic, highly motivated, and have the experience of leading, managing, and developing a team.
- You will be highly organised, results driven, and possess the ability to support individuals to maximise their potential.
- Accountable for ensuring financial goals and targets are delivered in relation to contract objectives.
